What are the benefits of my membership?
- In addition to special member pricing, our members receive invitations to various club-exclusive events throughout the year, making our quiet estate on Larkmead Lane a wine country home-away-from-home. Members also enjoy priority access to our most sought-after, small-production wines, four complimentary Estate Tastings per winery visit, as well as preferred rates with Napa Valley’s top hotel and transportation companies.
Can I customize the wines in my club allocation?
- Frank Family hand-selects each allocation with your taste preferences in mind. While the wines in each allocation are predetermined by the winery, we are happy to offer six enticing wine clubs – Reserves, Reds, Chardonnay, Bubbles, Sampler, and Winston Hill – spanning three membership levels – Bronze, Silver, and Gold – to ensure our members receive the wines they want, in the quantities they desire.
How often will I receive my club allocation?
- You will receive two (2) wine club shipments per year, once in late March and once in late October. This is a total of one (1) case of wine annually for Bronze and Winston Hill members, two (2) cases of wine annually for Silver members, and four (4) cases of wine annually for Gold members.
What is your cancelation policy?
- After receiving your first two shipments, you may cancel your membership without penalty by providing Frank Family with a written notice to wineclub@frankfamilyvineyards.com two weeks prior to the shipment date. For additional information regarding our billing and cancelation policy, please review our terms and conditions.
Can I add wines to my allocation?
- Yes! We are happy to add wines to your allocation and will ensure your add-ons ship concurrently with your club allocation. You will receive a confirmation email before each shipment with a deadline for any additions you would like to make. Simply email or call us for assistance with adding on to your club allocation.
Can I re-order wines from my allocation?
- Yes, one of the many benefits of wine club membership is the exclusive opportunity to acquire wines before they become available to the public. Immediately following wine club shipments, there will be a time period during which re-orders can be placed. Due to the small production of many of our wines, quantities are limited and therefore re-orders may not be available. Please call the wine club office to inquire about specific wine availability.
How long do I have to pick up my allocation?
- Will call allocations are held at the winery for 60 days. If your allocation has not been claimed after 60 days, it will be shipped to the billing address on file, for a nominal fee. We encourage will call members to pick up wine allocations duing our biannual Pick Up Day, a casual and complimentary tasting event. Pick Up Days are scheduled in the weeks following both the Spring and Fall shipments and are exclusive to club members (2 admissions per membership).
What savings do I receive as a club member?
- Members receive savings on wine club allocations and all other wine purchases made throughout the year (exclusions apply to Patriarch, Winston Hill, Zinfandel Port, and Late Harvest Chardonnay wines, and winery merchandise). Discount rates are based on your membership level, please see chart below. In addition to receiving savings on wine purchases, members also receive special member pricing on our reserve tasting experiences including our Wines of Winston Hill Tasting and Elevated Experience for parties up to and including 8 (total party size includes club members), by advanced appointment. Please note, members must be present as benefits are non-transferable.
