Membership Terms & Conditions

 

Members must be at least 21 years of age. As a new member we require a one-year commitment to the club, which includes two shipments. Club shipments are sent twice per year, once in the spring and once in the fall (March & October). Frank Family reserves the right to charge back for any discounts or complimentary tastings should the membership commitment not be met. The club will automatically charge the credit card on file for each shipment, plus taxes and shipping fees the week before the shipment is sent. Members must notify Frank Family of any shipping or billing changes before credit cards are processed or they may be responsible for additional shipping fees as a result of late changes. Frank Family is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments. Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed before credit card charges are processed to avoid any additional fees. An email notification will be sent to you one month prior to the shipments being processed. For logistical purposes, if you wish to cancel your membership, we request cancellations be submitted at least two weeks prior to the shipment being sent out. We require all cancellation notifications be sent via email to wineclub@frankfamilyvineyards.com.
