To ensure quality and freshness, all wine and steak packages will be shipped via overnight air shipping on Monday, June 28. Please note, wine and steak will ship separately. Every steak is packed fresh to order and shipped directly from KOW Cattle Company in Iowa. Steaks can be stored up to 14 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.
