One of KOW’s most flavorful steaks, the Wagyu Rib Eye is hand-trimmed to perfection creating a balance between the eye of the rib and the rib cap. We’re pairing it with a trio of estate-grown, small production wines from our family-owned vineyards throughout Napa Valley.

Please place your order by midnight Pacific on Sunday, June 27 to taste along with us on July 3. To ensure quality and freshness, all wine and steak packages will be shipped via overnight air shipping on Monday, June 28. Please note, wine and steak will ship separately. Every steak is packed fresh to order and shipped directly from KOW Cattle Company in Iowa. Steaks can be stored up to 14 days in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.
