Even after some time in the bottle, the 2015 Carneros Pinot Noir shows a gorgeous, jeweled ruby hue in the glass. Scents of clove, tart cherry and dusty earth have remained vibrant while inviting caramel undertones have started to show through. A sip of this elegant Pinot Noir reveals hints of nutmeg and warm baking spices mid-palate. The finish is smooth and clean, a rewarding payoff from its extended time in the cellar.
