2015 Carneros Chardonnay

A few years in the bottle has allowed this wine to gracefully evolve into a softer and riper version of itself. A once youthful wine has matured, giving way to more expressive aromas of almond butter, marzipan, and butterscotch. The palate is defined by caramelized pineapple upside-down cake and zips of fresh acidity that are balanced by a rounded toastiness on the lingering finish.
