2012 Blanc de Blancs

The brilliant Blanc de Blanc is pale straw in color, forming pearl ribbons of tiny bubbles. A wonderful bouquet of orange blossoms, honeysuckle and bright lime meld with the nutty characters produced by the yeast during aging. The juicy citrus notes lead the palette and are followed by a soft, creamy texture and a toasty finish that lingers.
