What are the benefits of my subscription?

At Frank Family, we believe Great Wine Happens Every Day and we are committed to making our great wines more accessible to you, wherever you are. Through our online subscription program, we are making our wines simpler to receive and easier to enjoy. Along with the obvious benefit of keeping your wine cellar fully stocked, each three or six bottle-package includes the cost of shipping.


Can I customize the wines in my wine delivery?

While the wines in each package are predetermined, we are happy to offer five enticing subscription packages to ensure you receive the wine styles you prefer. Choose from our four Napa Valley wines or choose our Portfolio subscription to discover and enjoy a rotating selection from our Napa Valley, Reserve, and Cabernet collections. For those looking to taste the full breadth of our collection, we recommend exploring our wine club offerings which allow you to tailor allocations to your unique tastes and in the quantities you desire.


When will I receive my wine delivery?

Subscriptions are shipped the first or second week of each month. Once shipped, tracking will be provided via email. Please note, all wine shipments require an adult signature of someone 21 years or older at the time of delivery. We recommend shipments to be sent to a business address.


What is your cancelation policy?

We understand if you need a break or wish to skip a month. You can cancel your automatic subscription at any time with no hassle, fees, or order minimums. Simply contact us as listed above before the end of the current month, and we will put your account on hold or cancel your subscription. Any subcription order that has been processed can't be canceled.
