Terms & Conditions: Subscriptions

Wine subscription participants must be at least 21 years of age. Subcription installments are billed monthly. The subscription service will automatically charge the credit card on file for each shipment, plus taxes the week before the shipment is sent. Subscribers must notify Frank Family of any shipping or billing changes before credit cards are processed or they may be responsible for additional shipping fees as a result of late changes. Frank Family is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed before credit card charges are processed to avoid any additional fees. An email notification will be sent to you when shipments are processed, and shipped. For logistical purposes, if you wish to cancel your subscription, we request cancellations be submitted at least two weeks prior to the shipment being sent out. We require all cancellation notifications be sent via email to wineclub@frankfamilyvineyards.com.
